TCAM Workouts
Masters workouts are every day during your most convenient times. Find one (View Workout Schedule) that works for you and we will see you there.All TCAM workouts are in the new Sonora Sport and Fitness Center. This pool is 25 yards by 25 meters and is used exclusively by TCA and TCAM.

However, the pool in the front of the fitness center is available for lap swim every day during operating hours.

Masters 101
New to swimming?
Masters 101 classes start every 4 weeks. The class is $60 for members of the Fitness Center and $80 for non-members. Swimmers also receive 2 free weeks of masters after completion of the course. Contact one of our Masters Coaches to find out more.

Workout Announcements

Everyone should be using the new Zura fins. They are more flexible and mimic the correct kicking form, also less resistance on knees, ankles and hips. They are $40 and are available at the back desk. (Our last order took six months, so do not wait to get your own pair)
 
Fourth Of July Schedule Changes7/3/06to 7/4/06
Monday, July 3: TCA swimmers in JR's 7:30-9:30 AM group and his 4:00-5:30 PM group will swim together in the morning at 7:30. Both of Nancy's groups will have the day off. There will be no afternoon workouts for TCA on July 3rd. TCAM swimmers: Masters workouts will be held at 6:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM (there will be no 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM or 6:00 PM) Tuesday, July 4: The fitness center is closed.
 
Next Masters 101 ClassBegins: 9/11/06to 9/12/06
The class is for all adults interested in the learning the basics of swimming, turns, equipment and the terminology of masters. This is a great class to learn the basics of masters swimming. Upon completion of the four weeks, participants receive two weeks of masters for free. For members the class is $60 and non-members $80. The group meets Monday-Wed-Friday from 11:00-12:00. The class is limited so do not pass up your chance to change your life for the better.

Private Swimming LessonsUpdated: 10/8/06
Now is the perfect time to complete the series of private lessons you purchased in the summer or to sign up for a few now. Private lessons provide you with individual attention and might be just the trick for learning the fly or a flip turn. Nancy, JR, Annie and now Erica are all available for lessons. You can schedule them with one coach or try all four. The lessons are $25/lesson or five lessons for $100 (the lessons are 1/2 hour). Please remember all of the lessons need to be completed within in three months.

A new Masters 101 class starts today, meets Mon, Tues, Thurs 1:00 to 2:00, runs for 4 weeks.
 
Masters Mini 1018/5/08
A new program designed for parents of Guppies swimmers, Masters Mini 101 begins today. It is an abbreviated version of the Masters 101 class and runs from 3:30 to 4:00 pm Tues, Wed, Thurs. This an introductory program for parents and adult interested in trying swimming for fitness and will emphasize learning the 4 strokes, use of equipment,pool lane ettiquetts, and use of the pace clock.
