Get detailed workout announcments and workout schedules. Our regular workouts meet in the evening after school. In the summer a few workouts meet in the morning.

Calendar

We list (or try to...) all of our workout changes, team meets, and other important events on our Calendar. Not a bad idea to check it out every once in a while.
